Dermal Fillers: Initial Consultation

During your initial consultation, Vanessa will work with you to map out the best methods and plan that is best suited to you. A $50 fee will be charged for your initial consultation, however this goes towards the cost of any treatment you choose to proceed with (T's & C's apply). This is the time to explore your goals, and to give you the opportunity to ask as many questions as you need.

Lip Fillers
$500 (0.5 ml) $750 (1 ml)
Lip filler is a common treatment to enhance fullness, restore shape, and rehydrate when volume is depleted in the natural ageing process. Lip filler may be done with perioral filler to ensure your lips sit seamlessly with your natural structure and facial contours.
Profhilo
$800 (Face/neck)
Collagen and elastin which form the structure of our skin starts to be lost with age, as does fat from our face. This causes thinner skin, fine lines and wrinkles, and loss of skin elasticity, volume and tone. Profhilo is a bio-remodelling product; that results in a significant improvement to these signs of ageing. Profhilo not only hydrates and stimulates collagen and elastin fibres but it's the only injectable hyaluronic acid hydrating treatment that stimulates fat stem cells.
This works through the slow release of both high and low molecular weight Hyaluronic Acid. It consists of pure HA, it is not a dermal filler, as its function is not to volumise but to induce bio-stimulation of cells. Profhilo stimulates the laying-down of new collagen and elastin in the superficial layers of the skin.
Profhilo® involves 2-3 treatments spread 4-6 weeks apart. Profhilo can also be used to target neck ageing. Profhilo can be a great treatment to start your cosmetic injectables journey with as skin health is a fundamental element to achieving a brighter, refreshed appearance.
Please note: You need to leave 4 weeks minimum between any dermal filler treatments and profhilo.
Cheek Contouring
$800 per syringe (1.2 ml)
The perfect cheek is blended, seamless & believable - creating or restoring what is called the "ogee curve". In males, cheeks tend to have sharper/lower angles & less of an "S" curve.
As we age we can often notice our cheeks and lateral face start to lose volume. This can be thought of like a balloon that slowly deflates. Dermal fillers in this area target mid face volume restoration. The fat pads support the underlying tissue to decrease lines, wrinkles, and light shadowing. They also can help support the appearance of the nasolabial folds.
Cheek filler can restore and/or enhance the structure of the cheekbones. It is important to remember that natural asymmetry may not be fully perfected between the left and right side of the face, but balance and harmony can be achieved. Vanessa will assess your superficial/dynamic fat pads through your individual expression and choose a treatment technique that's right for you.
If you are considering tear trough filler, Vanessa may recommend cheek filler first as this often supports the undereye area.
Peri-oral area Filler
$750 (1ml)
Filler that addresses the mouth to chin lines that appear with age and are assessed when looking at the peri-oral area. The 'triangle of youth' will be explained during your consultation and an appropriate approach will be discussed in order to soften the appearance of these mouth to chin shadows & folds. This treatment can improve the appearance of downturned mouth corners (+/- botulinum toxin). Jawline filler and mono threads may be discussed if Vanessa thinks this could improve your Marionette lines.
Under-Eye Filler
$750 (1 ml)
"Tear Trough" dermal fillers target the hollows that appear under the eyes & tend to make us appear more tired than we are. Some individuals will not be suitable for this treatment due to ageing changes to the orbital ligment. Please advise of any puffiness or allergies you have so that Vanessa can ensure this treatment is safe for you- alternative treatments may be discussed to improve the appearance of your under-eye area during your consultation. Some of these alternative could include PRP, Mono threads, and Under-eye booster, a series of treatments is usually required for long term results.
Due to the hydrophilic nature of dermal filler, it attracts water to the area. This means that this delicate area must be under-treated on the day, to allow for potential expansion (almost like letting a loaf of bread rise). A second appointment may be required 4 weeks later to add additional volume if assessment dictates it.
Please note that cheek volume goes hand-in-hand to treating this area and may first be required before the under-eyes can be filled.
